William
The staff were very friendly and took care of me. This hotel had a central position to the Grand Canyon. Moreover, it's really close to shops and restaurants, and the centre of town.
Well, no breakfast.

The location was perfect and incredible, at a short distance from Wild West Junction. Gift stores and cool stores were right next door.

Uniquely decorated rooms with 3 twins beds, kitchen, fans, always really helpful staff. Nice interior design. Ideal and magnificent location easy walk to Small Town America Museum. Right by Flagstaff as well as Williams, a brilliant town on the Route 66.

Booked a room with 3 twins beds. Our accommodation was set in a central location just off Williams, all the restos/shops in Williams, and a train station.

The Grand Canyon Hotel offers a prime location, great value, and a friendly staff. The rooms have a charming, turn-of-the-century decor and no TVs, allowing for a truly nostalgic experience. The hotel provides a game room with a TV, board games, and books for entertainment. It is conveniently located near bars, entertainment, and the Grand Canyon train.
It felt like a home away from home, with no complaints at all.

A charming small and special hotel, we had a perfect 10/10 stay. Loved a fridge and air conditioner in the room. The location was fantastic - ease of access to Buckskinner Park. And it was also not far from all the restos/shops in Williams and the gallery below.

We loved our stay in this historic hotel. It was conveniently located next to the train station for the Grand Canyon railway and close to everything in town. Our room was beautifully decorated in period style and the shared bathroom, although a bit dated, was clean. The staff was amazing, allowing us to choose our own room and providing excellent service. The location was perfect for exploring the town and heading to the Grand Canyon.
The noise level from other guests on Saturday night was a bit high and disrupted our stay.

Very impressed with a twin room with excellent water. Beautiful decor of the room. Convenient location steps away from Buckskinner Park. Also, right in the centre of town...

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the Grand Canyon. We also loved being in close proximity to bars and restaurants. The room, although a bit small, was clean and decorated with a fun themed decor that made us smile. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. it was a great experience.
The walls were thin, which made it a bit noisy at times.

Located in the heart of Williams, the hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and provided helpful guidance about nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the presence of free wifi was a welcome convenience for staying connected during our trip.
The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked comfort. The thin walls made it difficult to have a restful night's sleep, as we could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms.
